It was during her college days when a side jaunt as a Lancôme makeup artist ignited a love affair with the industry, inspiring Grace to carve an independent career niche that blends beauty with reportage.
Grace’s expertise lies in creating content that makes today’s beauty technology and trends both accessible and empowering to the everyday woman (and ever-increasingly, man, too!) Her experience ranges the gamut from developing national on-air beauty segments, to creating content for today’s leading print and digital publications, to covering backstage beauty at over 300 New York Fashion Week shows.
When she’s not in the beauty blitz, Grace devours documentaries, barre workout sessions, foodie adventures with friends, and the world of competitive figure skating. She tends to bypass glossy pages for the likes of PBS, 60 Minutes and The New York Times Magazine in her free time. But if you prefer some gloss, she was once a state preliminary finalist to Miss USA.
Women’s issues are close to Grace’s heart, and she is an active sponsor of Women for Women International, the Somaly Mam Foundation and the Gulab Gang. Grace is also on the board of Salons Saving Our Shores (Salons S.O.S), an organization that mobilizes the beauty community to fundraise for long-term Hurricane Sandy relief.
